"Pros: The location is downtown in walking distance to a lot of attractions. Cons: The location is downtown near a lot of attractions. Restaurants and clubs also. Those clubs(music and people outside) can get really loud and disturb you if you're a light sleeper. No hotel garage. All parking is on the street(paid) or in nearby parking garages(paid). During my visit, one of two elevators was out of order. The working one was "glitchy". It would go to a chosen floor and the door wouldn't open. Specific to my room-The door rubbed against the frame so I had to lean on the door or pull really hard to make it close all the way. Half the lamps were out. The couch was in terrible shape. Flat coushing with no support. "

"While the hotel looks nice and is generally clean, dealing with the staff was very difficult. I was overcharged and had to spend weeks contacting them repeatedly to get a refund. It was a frustrating and time-consuming experience. It will be very hard for me to stay at this hotel again. "

"We stayed in a suite!! The room was far from clean with dirt on the flooring. The sofa was ripped and the back pillow coming off, and the sofa bed was disgusting. The light when you entered the room flashed like a strobe light (not good when you have a family member with epilepsy). There was mold growing under the bathroom vanity and sharp broken tiles surrounding the floor. The toilet ran all night. And the kicker of the trip, NO hot water the entire stay.
