"The Motel 6 is ideal for a budget traveler like myself. It offers good-sized rooms with large bathrooms and ample storage space. The Wi-Fi was reliable and very solid. The staff were great! The location is in the east end of Peterborough but is on the main drag, Lansdowne Street. Hang a left out of the parking lot and within five minutes you have a choice of two shopping malls, every type of food you crave and easy access to Ottawa or Toronto. I was in town to play golf so I didn't venture...

"Our room had a very comfortable king bed. There was a spacious, spotless jetted tub in the room and an accessible shower large shower in the washroom. It was very clean and quiet. There is a nice pool downstairs and a buffet breakfast is included. Very reasonable price and very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be staying there again"

"The rooms were great! They were clean and the river view was great! The elevator had a horrible smell. Our parties rooms weren't all ready by check in time. They mentioned that a lot of rooms weren't ready, so maybe extra staff is needed for cleaning on the weekends. The restaurant dinner was great! The morning "buffet" for $16 was a bit much for a regular hotel breakfast. Lots of homeless people hanging around the parking lot, so definitley need to secure your vehicle. Not much the hotel...

"The place was dirty right from the front entrance, carpet not vacuumed dusty front desk. Carpets in hallway rippled and dirty as well as in the room. Did not mention the restaurant was closed and no mention of no wifi or tv. We cancelled our 2nd night and waiting for a refund . Very disappointed"
