This place is amazing. Well furnished, beautiful interiors.But that's it. In 4 days/nights we did not see anyone guests or staff -reacheable only by phone. Based on tyhe folder provided, we should have the choice betweenj a continental breakfast or a more italian one. We found out that it was replaced by a voucher thta we can used use at a nearby Pasticerria.. No room service on weekend and holiday.... For the room price, I would have expected a bit more of service.. But the buisling is amazing

I was so pleased when I entered Domus Dotti to meet Irene, the manager. She was highly communicative before my arrival and was excellent upon arrival. Although she has little English, we are in her country so we both worked to communicate effectively. She was so pleasant and attentive, excellent manager. You have to read website carefully. This is not a full service 24/7 hotel, it is more like a B&B, meaning Irene cannot be here all the time. Housekeeping the same. We had a wonderful stay, our room with large jetted tub was extremely comfortable and very quiet. They supply a small fridge, water and breakfast at nearby cafe. Just perfect. One thing we did not understand was the Lenovo tablet hooked up in bathroom. We loved Treviso, will come back and stay here. Thank you Irene.

Excellent hotel in historical building in the historical centre. The hotel is stunning and is a quick walk from bars, cafes and sights. Beautiful!

Adoramos tudo .... é uma viagem no tempo .... a casa e dos anos de 1200 ....todas as acomodações grandes, obras de arte .... e sua localização no coração de Treviso... sair e caminhar por suas ruas e passar a gostar dessa cidade ..... e um muito obrigado a chic Irene, que nos recepcionou e nos ajudou em tudo por lá.

Romantic place in Treviso

Such a romantic place. Location was great . Karen and Marco helped us so much 🙏. İf you have lagguages stay first floor . İt was so diffucult to climb the stairs . We will definetely come back again .

Why not stay in Luxury?

Such a cool and historic place to stay. I only wish we could have stayed a week! Located close to the old town. We found parking close as well. This is one cool place to spend the night!

It’s a beautiful palace extremely decorated but you rent a room as No breakfast from Monday to Friday is available. We had 3 packed snacks and 2 coffee capsules in the room. Traffic was horrendous and arrived after 1800 and were treated like school children arriving too late. First lady on the phone from Milan understood and became friendly but 2nd lady we met the next morning was one of the most unfriendly person I have met during my 40 years travel. Not apologising for the missing/very poor breakfast but worried about €2 tourist tax and the key we left in the room door

buyer beware

Rooftop terrace would be loveier if there were cousions on the chairs or beach type towels to cover the worn furniture. Breakfast available if you consider 2 small fast food muffins breakfast there is no breakfast service during the week only on Saturday and Sunday Fitness center - pmwe could not find how to get to it and there wasn't anyone available to tell us as they come late and leave early. They say someone there until 7 pm but no one was there past 5 pm Daily housekeeping - we returned to our room after a day out and found that our room was not made up and there was no one around to at least give us clean towels so we had to use the towels we had put on the floor to dry up the water from the shower. We even had the note on the door saying please clean our room today. Plus they did not give us the breakfast either! This was not a hotel by any streatch of the imagination. I tried to explain my dissappointment to the receptionist the morning we checked out but she did not speak english. It is at best a pensione. There was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor with heavy luggage. I would say it's only redeeming quality was the beauty of the entry - the staircase and all the wall treatments were beautiful. I would not ever go back to this hotel nor would I recommend it. I will however return to the city it was wonderful.

This hotel is amazing. I can't believe how beautiful it is. The outside is nice but when you walk inside the building you are in awe. There was an employee to greet us, she was very kind and told us everything we needed to know. Our room was just as amazing as everything else. The decor makes you feel like you have been transported back in time. Everything was clean and spacious. You are able to walk to pretty much everything in Treviso. If I come back to the area I would certainly stay here again.

A great villa with period furnishings. Luxurious and “cold”, as though they were doing you a great favor to spend the night in the house/ hotel. Lacked hospitality. Parking was outside the city wall.

Som att bo i ett palats. Hade en jättestor takterrass utanför rummet. Vi hade tillgång till biljardrum och lounge med fantastisk inredning. Rummet hade luftkonditionering, kylskåp och tjock härlig frotté. Värden va väldigt artig och trevlig och serverade oss frukosten vid bordet.

Beautiful historical building in a wonderful town

The location is STUNNING. Absolutely breathtaking and historical and it makes you want to stay in and explore the actual venue. We had a slight hiccup on checkout where our payment hadn’t been processed through Expedia yet so they tried to charge us again but Expedia and the front desk sorted out so we were only delayed by 20 mins or so checking out. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

Medelmåttigt hotell

Ganska slitet och trött hotell med mögel lukt. Fick inte det rum vi bokade så det förstörde tyvärr hela upplevelsen. Hade vi inte uppmärksammat detta själva så hade inte ansvarig personal sagt något utan hon var ganska otrevlig och sa att duschen var trasig på detta rum. Vi fick ingen kompensation för att vi fick ett sämre rum vilket jag själv valde att inte strida för. Kommer aldrig att återvända till detta hotell.

Un salto nel passato

Un edificio storico sicuramente fuori dal comune. Arredato con gusto, in modo piacevole e ricercato. Siamo stati accolti ben prima dell' orario previsto con cortesia. Camera con salottino e bagno molto spazioso. Pulizia confort e silenzio. Ciliegina sulla torta la colazione che non avevamo prenotato ci è stata offerta. Cosa chiedere di più? Ci torneremo sicuramente. Da consigliare.
