Yes, we had to take the bus in to town, but it was so incredibly convenient and the hotel provided the pass, this was a positive and not a problem. I think we had the absolute best of both worlds of Lucerne at Seeburg! Highly recommend!"

"When I read previous reviews I thought they were referring to another hotel. I understand that Switzerland is very expensive and the location of the hotel is excellent. However, the hotel falls short. I was under the impression that climate control meant air-conditioning. I was wrong, the room was hot and there were no options to cool it but open a window to the loud street noise and traffic. The breakfast was disappointing. For two of the three days, there was no fruit, zero! Warm yoghurt, scrambled eggs like rubber, very limited options. Room cleaning was also not up to standard expected of a 4 star (mould in the shower). Staff were ok but no-one stood out. Its been a very long time since we stayed in a hotel without a fridge in the room. I could go on and on."
