"Beautiful hotel in Tromso and just a year old! Lovely room, staff. Outstanding breakfast with lots of choices including omelette station and barista making all kind of coffees. We enjoyed just sitting in the lobby around the fire when it was raining. The sauna/cold plunge/steam room and outdoor jacuzzi are a must!! On our final night we had a stupendous dinner at Upper Dock Brasserie & Bar! Amazing views and delicious food. Only downside was paper napkins at a restaurant of this level. I...

"Unfortunately the twin bed rooms that I’ve booked are overbooked and received a single bed room. Staff couldn’t do much as it was a system error or so they say. But they were apologetic and honestly I’m not in Norway for a double bed if it matters. But yeah could have a double bed since I paid for one. Anyways. Soundproof seems lacking as there was some guy blasting deep house music from his BMW at 3 AM from the street across. Ravaging through the bins for an hour before going off. Room shacked...
