"Room was very clean and smelled great. Appreciated that there was a cafe in thr hotel. We used the pool while waiting to check in and the front desk lady even came over to find us when the room was ready. Very nice of her. We had a wonderful stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Crystalbrook Riley in Cairns. The room was very clean, specious and luxurious. Our view of the pool and ocean were very nice and it was only 15 minutes walk from the main marina, where all of the restaurants and excursion boats are located. The pool was also very nice with nice views of the ocean."

The pool was lovely and has good opening hours - so nice to have it open into the late evening for a swim after a hot day. Room was lovely and has everything you need including a balcony. Not too far a distance from lots of the main attractions! "
