"Everything was very good except 1) parking was full so at 10pm I had to drive to the overflow lot and walk back which was not ideal (in the rain and cold) and the sign to the lot was confusing and 2) the rug in our room had a big stain by the foot of the bed. "

"The staff was super-friendly and inviting. I couldn't stop talking about how charming this place was, nestled right in the shadow of the Trop. Our room was very clean, and bathroom toiletries were provided. We enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast before we departed on Sunday. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends."

"There are shops near by. Lots of casino to choose from and boardwalk is walking distance. The room was clean. The beds was comfortable. Overall i would recommend and stay again. "

"Hotel is convenient for the convention center but is very outdated. Walking through the front door you smell mold but once inside it is clean. Hotel is very old and in need of a full remodel. "

"Seems like they are really feeling the burn of online betting & numerous casnos closer to ppl homes. TV did not work. No soap, no small bottles of lotion and little stuff they used to provide. We reserved a King -Size bed. However, after bringing this to the attention of the front desk, they waived a resort tax, $25.03. Terrible move, when you stop to think they did not lose anything. I will be sending a letter, and E-mail to Corporate. Even, the front desk clerk said the following...

"I was a little apprehensive because I had seen some recent reviews that were not so great. However, our stay was amazing. Great price and the best view I could imagine. Everything was very clean, the room was great, the staff were friendly, especially the two gentlemen helping with parking passes who joked and laughed with me for a few minutes while getting me checked in. Elevators were sufficient. "

"Water did not get hot, so no shower. Thermostat was broken and room heated to 78 degrees despite multiple resets. It was a very disappointing stay. "

"The entire building was going through a renovation due to a pipe burst however, the problem was I was never notified of this and paid for a room that was going under renovation along with the hallway that my room was located in"

After we checked in the hotel, someone walked in our room without permission ~ my God … never never happened the other travel experience! I never come back to this casino hotel again!"

"I had a above expectations stay here. I have stayed at a few spots around Ventor, and this one stands out above the rest. When they say "breakfast included", it's usually a cereal bar or something. Not here! A huge cooked to order omelet, generous side of fruit salad, toast, potatoes, made fresh, fast and delivered with a smile no less!
