"This is a low cost property, but for the low price, it's very good. It's clean and tidy, but certainly not salubrious. It's not particularly conveniently placed relative to the town, but it's on a major bus route--the (very frequent) number 1 route that goes right to the central bus station. There's not much nearby except for a couple of small stores, and the airport is just under a mile away, down a steep hill. That was a good thing for me as I had to walk there. "Pleasant surprise. We were impressed from the very beginning with checking in; they were thorough, friendly, and attentive. They really left a mark early on. The staff throughout the hotel campus"

"Friendly staff, clean room and safe"

"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"We had a lovely stay. Rooms were clean. Property was well maintained."

"Pleasant quiet property."

"This resort was absolutely MAGNIFICENT. The staff were so helpful, everybody was so friendly and kind, honestly by far one of the best trips I’ve had. Only thing is be prepared to get bitten by mosquitoes but just bring some repellent! The hotel also provided us with some breakfast options which was so helpful to save some money, they have their own Uber-like system so just pop over to their supermarket if you’re missing anything! 10/10 stay, absolutely gorgeous. This island deserves all the...
