"Hotel is under major renovations and does not disclose this! Hotel emailed me the morning of my check-in date to tell me that the 2 bedroom suite I had reserved months in advance was not available. The morning I was to check in is when they email me to tell me this news as I'm on an airplane traveling across the country about to arrive. The rate being charged in no way reflected the major renovations going on. Hallways, elevators, lobby, breakfast area all under renovation. We went elsewhere....

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The pool was out of service, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel since my kids were looking forward to using it. Although breakfast was good, housekeeping was a major issue. I stayed for four nights and had to call the front desk twice to request my room be cleaned, but I was told it wasn't on the schedule.
