As far as Kochi goes, this is probably as walkable as it gets. As for the property, it is a bit older, and while the hallway had a strange smell, the room smelled fine, was clean, and had good air conditioning. Moreover, they did daily cleaning, which is always nice. Overall I thought this was a good hotel, especially for the price."
