"The room was different from the photos shown online. The layout was not the same nor the furniture shown. However it was clean and had all the basic amenities. My room was on the first floor and the people upstairs could be heard very easily walking around at night which was a bit loud. Besides that was okay, staff were friendly. "

"Great stay. I booked a room with open air bath and it came with the access to the executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks. Snacks, beers and wine. The snacks there was amazing. Coz I booked two consecutive nites, they gave us access to the exclusive public bath, less ppl and with more privacy. The room was so clean and the staff were excellent. I was impressed by a staff Jaing, she was so helpful and always so enthusiastic and ready to help all the time when I saw her at the reception - check in and check out and when she was working at the executive lounge. The cleaning team was doing an excellent job. All of these made my stay so wonderful. "

"Incredible stay and experience at 軽井沢森四季! The staff was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed including making 2 amazing meals for our group. The 緑 cabin was the perfect size for our 6 person group and we were really able to utilize the space and location to maximize our time in Karuizawa. We especially loved the wood burning stove in the cabin and used it during a snowstorm to have the coziest night of our trip. I highly recommend anyone interested take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to stay at the best place in Karuizawa! The next time we return we will definitely be looking to return to Morishiki!
