"Room: clean, fully equipped, compact and smart. It is so lovely that the room is cleaned and towels are replaced everyday, while the bed linen and pillowcase are replaced every two days. Staff: friendly, helpful and very responsive. Excellent service from them."

"The room was well equipped, clean and functional. The washer/dryer was easy to use. Irons are available. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful at all times. They were happy to assist with any questions or needs. The area is close to picking transport including metro or buses and about a 10 minute walk to Kyoto main station. I would catch a taxi if you have luggage which is what we did. I would stay here again. "

"Very spacious compared to Tokyo hotels. Extra space to lay out luggage and walk around was good for family of 4. Caters to Asian and Western visitors. Did not have signs or mat that told visitors to remove shoes, so not sure if all guests removed shoes while in room."
