"The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. For a hotel near a major train station it was very quiet in our room. Check in and Check out is a breeze. So close to the kyoto station! Very close to kintetsu and aeon malls which gives you a ton of coffee shops, shopping, dining options, convenience store. There are restaurants at the ground floor of this hotel. The only thing is there is no available coin laundry inside the hotel but there is one nearby. We will definitely stay here...
