One of the night staff wasn’t very friendly when we asked questions. He made us feel like an annoyance rather than a valued client. The other night staff were great though! It just made our first contact with the hotel not as pleasant. Rooms were spotless and comfortable!

Beautiful property

Beautiful hotel, wish I stayed there longer. Services was great and the only thing I could comment is the buffet (breakfast) not my kind of food for the am, but may be great for others. The little cafe has great sandwiches. They had free wine, beer and snacks, which I think was nice.

The staff was helpful during our stay. We did luggage transfer from Kyoto to Tokyo and the staff helped us with the process. The room was very clean, water pressure in the shower was amazing. The bathroom was beautiful and spotless. Good amenities. Location was perfect. Will definitely come again!!
