"It was a good hotel and very clean. The staff were very helpful abd kind. The small size of room with no place to open a suitcase. It was difficult to manage. (I did have two heavy suitcases) The room should have had a twin bed. The Food was pricey. I didn't appreciate paying for water that I did not order.
Yes, I would recommend it with the stated recommendations listed above."

"When I arrived, the room was very small for a Deluxe Room and it was difficult to move around comfortably. The hotel offered to change the room, but the upgraded room came with an additional charge.
I decided to dine in the room and ordered room service. I was surprised to see an additional room service charge added to the burger. For a five-star hotel, I find this type of charge disappointing and not in line with the level of service I would expect from Mandarin Oriental.

"A good, quiet location where you can listen to the busy streets of Geneva. It’s close to the airport (about 10 minutes by car), two tram stops from the train station, and near a bus stop. The staff is also great. The air conditioning was a bit slow. Apparently, it’s a regulated system, so when we complained, they gave us a portable fan, which helped. The room is big, and the beds are comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast, but when we saw the spread, it was impressive. The location is perfect for...
