Highly recommended, pool is great, rooms are comfortable with A/C units.. power went out due to weather but staff was very attentive. I recommend starting conversation through app as soon as arriving in case you have any questions.

Just a weird place to be for any extended time. Looks very nice on the surface but not actually designed for genuine resort luxury- utter lack of soundproofing means obnoxious guests will encroach upon everyone above/below/beside them.

The room they give was at the third floor and no elevator I ask one room on first floor and they charge 250 pesos extra to get it , I book two night and stay anly one, and the rood was in bad condition The room was dusty.

Absolutely no soundproofing by construction or interior design. You will be able to hear your neighbors tapping the soup spoon on the pan at the stove. You’ll hear farts/sneezes & Furniture scraps on the floor… the electric goes out just after dawn on heavy rain, AND for nearby construction (will last all day) and occasionally the whole town of Tulum goes without electricity or internet from 7am-3pm. Do not expect staff to make a public notice of the electricity outage. This is a cooperative with different businesses having responsibility for different aspects of the resort. Don’t expect them to cooperate with each other or you. Good luck trying to use the gym.

The property and staff are excellent. The standard room has a huge glass door that provides wonderful natural light. The kitchen has basics like sauce pots with lids, cooking and eating utensils (with a veggie peeler and corkscrew, cutting board; large curving knife, butchers knife, and bread knife, no paring knife or fruit knife in my room although the knife shell has spaces for the whole set) set of four for glassware: (wine, whiskey, shots, coffee cups); set of three for plateware (bowls, side plates and main plate). Set of four: soup spoon, main fork, butter knife, teaspoon; no serving utensils. Dish soap, sponge, drying towel with drying rack provided. No restrictions on bringing your own coffee maker. However, the electronic stove top only seems to work well with the provided sauce pots. A personal frying pan cannot be used as the stovetop gives “error” and shuts off. The garden has a well maintained path with a clean pool center. Amenities are well suited to this luxury apartment complex. There are two vending machines with booze, soda, water, snacks. Coin operated. Main desk communication is best during office hours Mon-Fri via WhatsApp. Wi-Fi and electricity has been excellent outside of the predictable outages that occur only after a heavy rain, just after dawn& it is quickly restored, has not been inconvenient for me personally. Staff interaction has been few, yet enjoyable and pleasant. Pro tip: turn on bathroom fan while showering to prevent fire alarm.

The ambiance was great. The cleanliness, not so much. The sheets were dirty, there were waterbugs, alive and dead in the room. The pool was filthy but the hotel was accommodating when we told them about the pool. By the time we noticed the sheets were dirty, the cleaner had gone home for the day (at 5pm) so that was annoying. There was also a foul, sour smell wafting in the halls. The system used to pay was horrible so its best to pay in cash when possible. The hotel itself is very beautiful I just wish they had more cleaners to assist. We saw 1 cleaner everyday for short hours & once she left no one else had access to the cleaning supplies. Also note that they do not provide clean towels daily like most hotels and no wash cloths. The hotel is in a rwmote area so its best to rent transportation otherwise, most stores/dining is about a 20+ min walk. BRING BUG SPRAY! lots of construction neing done nearby which finishes arouns 6-7pm so before that time, it may be a little noisy. The staff were all really sweet here. I think with more cleaning help this hotel can easily be 5 stars.

Les draps et la coeutte était sale d'une substance nébuleuse. Nous avons demandés d'avoir de nouveaux draps, on nous a dit que c'était impossible, il n'y en avait pas. Le personnel était offusqué qu'on leur dise cela. Nous avons du retirer la couette et untiliser des serviettes pour dormir dessus. En plus il n'y avait que 2 petits oreillers. Je ne reconmanderait pas cet endroit. J'espère obtenir un dédommagement pour ce service horrible. Nous avons eu une nuit désagréable et il étais trop tard pour trouver un autre endroit.

Es muy bonito todo, súper tranquilo, pasamos una semana muy cómodos. Estuvimos en planta baja, se los recomiendo por el espacio extra y la peña piscina privada. Me encantaron los espacios, todo muy lindo, la alberca está divina, el roof con jacuzzis, gym, las area para pasar el rato al aire libre están divinas. Nosotros llevamos auto y no tuvimos ningún problema para movernos. El lugar está un poquito alejado (no mucho) pero tener cómo moverte ayuda mucho.
Lugar muy amplio y vienen equipado con todos los utensilios de cocina, vajilla, todo! Increíble

Escaleras mortales

Me tocó quedarme con mi familia en el tercer piso, la habitación está muy bien, la limpieza, el único inconveniente la escaleras, las únicas escaleras en el complejo son del caracol y no cuentan con elevadores, y para colmo de ser en forma de caracol los peldaños muy pequeños, así que mi esposo al bajar las escaleras se resbaló horrible tuvo un esguince, así que todo nuestro regreso a casa fue un calvario, y a la fecha mi esposo continúa con reposo y tratamiento, ojalá puedan poner un elevador o cambiar de escaleras.
