"The property is very unique and the staff helpful. However, no one asked us to register, people were very relaxed about paperwork and didn't seem aware of our stay as we hqd to confirm it many yltimes. Staff helped ua load our vehicles and took our keys but nevwe asked to settle the bill. About an hoir later while we were well on our way, they called to ask us to pay. We gqve them our visa number and info but the demanded a cheque, money transfer or cash. Terrible. My nephew who had hia wedding...

"Interesting history but really in the middle of nowhere and loud traffic nearby. Basic rooms and wifi was not working that day. No facilities. Breakfast ok. Staff helpful "

"La decoración y mobiliario de los cuartos muy pasado de moda y sin gracia. Le falta mantenimiento y limpieza a las áreas comunes.
Los cuartos si están luy limpios.
Desayuno con alimentos de baja calidad y variedad.
Cierran la pileta 6 de la tarde q es el horario q uno vuelve de pasear y querria usarla ya q hace mucho calor todavía.
Personal de recepción amable pero le falta mejorar muchas cosas al hotel, una lástima ya q tiene mucho potencial."

Recommend visiting: Noci, Alberobello, Monopoli, Matera, Ostuni at least!
