"We had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff were courteous. Guests receive free shuttle services to Universal Studios and the Epic Universe which is conveniently. The free breakfast selection was amazing as well. Overall a great experience. "

Our room on the other hand
Dirty Bathroom, (glad I bring my own cleaning supplies) Hair on the towels, stains the tub, toilet paper holder holding up one of the handles in the bathroom, seating chair was full of hair and dirt, not a good room from a BW property"
