"Comfortable room, great customer service, great location across the road from Cabana Bay and Aventura hotel. Beautiful grounds and gardens. Walking access to Royal Pacific, Hard Rock and City Walk. Great pool area with fire pits when temperatures were low. Excellent pool staff and bar service. "

"The lobby/elevator were both clean and smelled very fresh but the room and bathroom smelled very damp. It was a last minute booking for me and I only stayed 1 night so it was fine but I would not stay for more than that or book again. The hotel isn’t terrible but the nice pictures they post online were very deceiving. "

"Amazing place to stay for our trip to Universal Studios! The hotel had a shuttle each day in the morning and night time. Always right on time and always had enough room. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious each day with lots of variety. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also had coffee and hot water always available which was pleasant. Great location and easy to get in and out of with free parking! Couldn’t recommend enough! Come and enjoy! "

"Nos quedamos por dos noches en marzo 2026. Nos gustó este hotel por su ubicación. Queda muy cerca de Universal Studios. Las camas y las almohadas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones son limpias y amplias. El personal del hotel es muy bueno, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno muy rico y muy fresco y con mucha variedad. Siempre hay café, té y agua fresca. Son muy serviciales y amables en general. No se escucha ruidos en las habitaciones y dormimos muy a gusto.
