"This was an amazing experience. My only complaint was the staff where they sell tickets to the parks were not very helpful. They didn’t tell me I could buy a “stay and scare” ticket to the Hollywood horror nights when they sold me the regular ticket."

"Maid came in every day we stayed whice was good. The shuttle was more of an inconvenience because it only had 4 departure times to universal and 4 times available for arriving back at the hotel. It would be a leave early before the park closed or late to arrive at Universal sort of situation so we had to pay for parking. Also the hotel did not count for early entry but that's all the issues we had. If you have an annual pass for Universal this hotel is perfect. The staff was wonderful all during...

"Loved our stay, 4th time staying there and will be back. The express passes, 3 pools and restaurants far outweigh the cost. Worth every penny!"

"We enjoyed our stay. A plus is the free parking and continental breakfast. It's a good spread too, and it's not just muffins and cereal. There's two waffle makers to make your own, one for a large one and the other makes mini's and they're sooooo good. Super close to Universal and not very far from other parks. If you're looking for quiet and not the hustle and bustle of the overcrowded, noisy resorts, this is the place to stay. We're already looking to book our next stay."

From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding — especially William and Natalie, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, spacious, and well designed with plenty of charging points, storage, and excellent air conditioning.
