"There’re a food court, Starbucks and many bistros in the hotel! Taste good! The Galbi of Bar 17 bistro is highly recommended!! Room is bright and clean. Reception staff is patient and careful! Shuttle bus is convenient:))"

"Very inexpensive for the time we were there (not peak) and met the need for a place to stay for one quick night, so ultimately it was fine but if you are staying multiple nights for a vacation, I recommend choosing a different property as the building is a bit old and the customer service was hit and miss."

"No amenities provided, staff was insanely rude kept telling I did not have a reservation that I was getting scammed by Expedia. I showed her the PDF receipt and they said she couldn’t accept it. After I showed her the account then she magically found my reservation. The room was so small and honestly not clean. The shower curtain was stained with something dark/dirt. Overall 0/10."

"Room: OUT DATED (furniture, bathroom needs some fixing , floor carpet smell, area for cloth (small), not enough hanger (requested additional hangers and I was given only five. Staff: A+ Breakfast: Poor, Expected more variety. Same menu every day and only one day fruits (bananas). Air Conditioning (keeps turning on/off constantly)."

"Great to soak in the hot tub after a long day at the park and easy shuttle to universal was great. Rooms were clean but not very quiet and can hear people outside in the hallway."

"Really good! But if you're on the first floor or facing the front, you'll hear all the party goers. However it's manageable and you can always take ear plugs. Staff were great, especially the girl with the red hair. Breakfast is great and has to go bags for quick snacks or breakfast. Coffee and tea is free 24/7. Ideal location for tourists and close to parks."
