"Location, location: Proximity to Universal, restaurants and shops are the main convenience. While the room, the furniture and the washroom are dated, the cleaning staff has done their job properly. We felt the washroom room layout is off because the sink is located outside the bathroom; you are opening the door handle with unwashed hands. Parking fee was a painful surprise; we never knew about the parking fee ($25/day) while we booked the hotel. We wanted to dispute the parking charge. Expedia...

"The room was clean, the drain in the shower was a little clogged, the staff was friendly and housekeeping also cleaned the room twice during our stay which was appreciated. The continental breakfast was decent too! I wish the breakfast area was better organized and there was barely any parking on property too. We had to double park one of the nights and then move it in the morning for the lack of parking which is upsetting since it’s $16 a day for parking. This was in the heart of I drive so...

"This is the second time we stayed at the property and everything was very good. Don't let the surrounding property sway your opinion (the mini golf in front is closed and run down) because the hotel itself is well kept. It's conveniently close to many things but not so close that you're paying resort prices. While it's 20+ minute drive to Disney Springs or the Disney parks, it's worth it to save some money. Will definitely stay here again."

"Amazing place to stay for our trip to Universal Studios! The hotel had a shuttle each day in the morning and night time. Always right on time and always had enough room. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious each day with lots of variety. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also had coffee and hot water always available which was pleasant. Great location and easy to get in and out of with free parking! Couldn’t recommend enough! Come and enjoy! "

"I only stayed for 1 night, so I didn't explore the property much. The room smelled like bleach but I just dealt with it because I knew it would just be one night. I think overall this place is what you would expect. Nothing fancy. I don't think I'd like to stay there any longer than a night, just because I didn't like it, quick in and out. The staff was very kind. They charge $25 for parking, which most places charge for parking, but I think it's ridiculous. "

"Only one shuttle option to Universal Studios only, no options for Epic Universe. The one option to Universal wasn't convenient for us. The breakfast was subpar. The location was excellent."
