"When we walked through the doors of Beachfront at Windsong on the Reef, Raheem (sp), with three rum punches in hand, greeted us by saying "Welcome Home" and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, we indeed felt at home. Since our plane landed in Atlanta on 04/09, I have truly been home sick. I miss being in paradise. My husband and I usually stay at Seven Stars but this year our youngest daughter was in tow. We surprised her with a trip to Turks and Caicos to celebrate her 22nd birthday. She loves the ocean and I knew she would enjoy snorkeling on the reef. She and my husband got up very early every morning to go snorkeling, and they enjoyed every minute of their time under the sea. I think we found a new home away from home in Providenciales. I hope to return for another visit to Windsong on the Reef later in the year. The resort is brand new and beautiful. The staff is equally as beautiful inside and out. 10 out of 10, I would recommend. Also an honorable mention to Mr. Horace, who was our driver during the time that we were there. He took us to the resort on our day of arrival and back to the airport on the day we we flew home. He was kind enough to give my husband his phone number and he chauffeured us all around town including to the infamous fish fry, our new favorite event! A million thanks to everyone who made our time there so special. One Love🙏♥️"

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They all tried to make our vacation a memorable experience and there were many choices for meals and drinks. Our only concern was the room choices were a garden or pool view. Our room had a patio that looked at workers coming and going. The diving pool was there but we couldn't see anything due to a high fence and shrubbery covering the fence. There was a parking space for resort vehicles directly across from our patio so when we sat outside we looked at a parked vehicle. We did not have a garden or pool view. As I walked around the Caribbean village there were several rooms that has blocked or obstructed views, one looking at the back of a concrete utility building. I went to the concierge to ask for a room change and she said she couldn't change until the next day and we would have to be out of our room by 9am and couldn't enter the new room until 3pm. So we had no room for 6 hours. I asked to talk with the manager and I had to make an appoint the next day. I was very disappointed. We decided to stay in our current room. My suggestion is that if you have rooms with obstructed views that detract from the view it should be indicated in the booking of the room. Similar to seats at a baseball/football/soccer stadium that have obstructed view that are discounted due to a post or low roof that limit your view."

"It was a nice small resort. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large,clean, bed was comfortable. The tea cup looking tub in the room was odd, but Im 62 and maybe not interested in that amenity. I would have preferred a sofa or table. It was a nice resort that I would recommend."

"The property was perfect for the one night stay we needed. It was spotless, with the most comfortable beds, very quiet, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach, and short ride to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return when visiting or stopping by at Providenciales."

"This hotel was absolutely beautiful!! It was extremely clean, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was amazing, the pizza and avocado tacos were the best!! Make sure to go to the bar and order a drink from Alphonce!!! He makes the best drinks!! It’s a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach and they have complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas!! We can’t wait for our next stay here!!"
