"Was a last minute decision. I was very satisfied with the pricing, cleanliness, hot water, comfy bed......but,,,, the breakfast was the worst ive ever experienced at an IHG property. No selection very minimal choices, crappy eggs no fruit and definitely not the IHG standards that I have become accustomed to. I threw away 90% of my plate. On a final positive thought, Coffee machine was excellent though."

"Came for UT orientation. Easy access off Hwy 35 and straight shot to campus. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good. Room was cleaned and property was well maintained. Only down fall the bed was a little too firm for my taste. But that is my opinion. Will stay here again to visit."

"This was a great little find. Walking distance to South Congress shopping, and all the great restaurants. This place was very quiet, minimally decorated with some nice key pieces of art. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is coffee in the room, the fridge is stocked with water, and there are plates and silverware to use for takeout.There’s no front desk to check in or out, communication via text and or email was excellent. I would definitely come back."

"First impression not so great, elevators were down and I had reserved a suite on second floor, couldn't imagine walking up and down with luggage and kids our entire stay. They did offer to move us to first floor but had to go from suite to double bed which was ok. The guy at front desk was amazing. He was very friendly and accommodating. "Loved the hotel! Very clean and staff was welcoming. I do recommend if you have a vehicle to go out to explore to return it at a good hour. We arrived to hotel at 9pm there were only a few spots left in garage. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options but I am not a big breakfast person so I didn’t mind, but I know some people have a preference."
