"Staff were nice and the highlight of my stay. The hotel was clean but lackluster. I appreciated the nightly rate being half of the downtown Tuscaloosa hotels. The drive to my child’s apartment on 15th St was quick and easy, so location-wise it was great. Had problems with the toilet in my room and it has to be snaked twice within 12 hours. I’m not sure why my room was not serviced during my last full day there, especially since when I left my room the housekeeping cart was in front of my door....

"Outside of hotel is nothing special, but room was nice enough and not too far from campus. It’s also nice to have a complementary breakfast, they don’t have everything you might want or expect from a higher end chain (I didn’t see yogurt or fruit), but it’s nice to have something available, including coffee. "The hotel room that I stayed in was in need of updating. The smelled musty and the pillows and mattress also had other people’s head smell. This hotel is definitely not Hilton quality. I would not stay here again."

"Gym is bare minimum, but had two treadmills. Staff was amazing. Cici did breakfast right and was so sweet. We’ll definitely stay again for college visiting. "
