"We chose this place because it had a hot tub and restaurant. After driving over 10 hours we wanted to be able to relax in hot tub and get a good rest. When booking, I informed them I needed a pet friendly room as I was bringing my emotional support dog, they said if I bring his card we wouldn’t have to pay for his nightly fee, but checking in they informed me that without an Alberta doctors note they would charge. It’s not about the money, BUT they were the ones that said they would not charge...

"The hotel is very dated and not well maintained. Went to use the pool and hot tub bu tthere was paint flaking and falling into the pool. Informed the front deks who seemed non-pulsed that there was an issue. Also informed that the window was leakign into the room and the rug was wet and moldy. Front desk really did not care and no offer to change rooms or address the issue."
