"Everything was great, from the staff to the breakfast. We loved the area and all the nearby restaurants. Everything was clean.
My only two, very small complaints, are that they told us breakfast went until 10am but they shut it down every morning just before 9:30am; and the gate to exit the property malfunctioned multiple times. "The property was awesome. Very clean, great front desk person. The shuttle, not so much. We had to load our own bags, after our flight, and they rolled everywhere. The guy Never helped to load or unload. That was our arrival at night. Then the morning shuttle, again we loaded and unloaded our own bags, while the driver sat there. Very inappropriate. We have taken many a shuttle and the drivers have been VERY HELPFUL. Very disappointing country inn and suites. You need to get less lazy drivers. ....

"The room was dirty. We pulled up the Detective with his lights on and lots of people were outside doing drugs. The bathroom was dirty and i would not step on the carpet barefoot. I ordered a cheeseburger medium with fries - it was 30 minutes before closing. The burger came out raw and the fries not cooked all the way. I did not eat it but paid for it. it is a very unsafe place to stay. THE SHUTTLE WAS 445 MINUTES LATE picking us up from training. we were out in a parking lot terrified....
