"My stay at The Colony Palms had some highlights aesthetically, but overall the service and experience did not live up to expectations...especially given the price point. At check-in, the staff wasn’t very informative about the amenities or property layout. We were offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch in theory, but the glasses weren’t clean, so we didn’t actually get to enjoy it until later in the evening. "My wife and I loved the hotel overall but found the bed was uncomfortable and that the room could use some fixing. The staff is amazing and getting in and out of the hotel and parking was very easy. The hotel is also within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and stores."
