"Rooms could be cleaner and doors had gaps in them. I had to put a towel on the floor because you could see under the door. Breakfast was great. Pool was closed for maintenance which was very disappointing with it being the summer. My room smelled a little bit. Overall stay was okay. I’ll definitely consider somewhere else next time."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Studios Huntsville. One thing that was never explained at check-in was that housekeeping would not be cleaning the room during my stay. Had I known that upfront, my expectations would have been different.
Instead, I had to request clean towels every single day of my four-night stay. On the second night, a staff member even asked me to bring my used towels down to the front desk so they could be washed, which I found very unusual for a hotel...

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I was not disappointed. The room was comfortable and the decor was fresh and vibrant. There was plenty of seating in the lobby for visiting. There was even a pool table for entertainment. They have quiet hours …huge plus!
The breakfast counter was very clean and the food was good.

"I had a great stay overall—the room was very clean, and the modern bathroom was a standout. The bed was super comfortable, and you really can't beat the price.
