"We absolutely love Park Point Marina. This is our third time staying here. This year we stayed five nights, six days; next year we hope to stay longer. Location is great for watching ships. 10 minute walk to the lift bridge or watch them go by your room off the balcony. Nighttime off the balcony is awesome. Breakfast is the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. Waffle makers with all the toppings, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, pastries, breads and bagels. S’mores at night and...

"Family friendly hotel for a Duluth/Lake Superior weekend getaway. Very accommodating and located on a nice quiet strip next to the lake. "

"Our stay was almost perfect. The facilities, amenities and location were outstanding. We were on the second floor and not there for a wedding, so we had loud music below us all three nights until 11:00PM. The people in the room next to us had a dog that would bark occasionally but that happens with pet friendly hotels. If you don't go to bed until 11:00PM it's a perfect hotel."

"The historic building was so cool! They still had the old elevator call buttons and mail shoot and many other details. The room was nice and clean and smelled fresh. This room was available at the same price point as the cheap motels/hotels nearby and was a much better experience than the other nearby hotel we had stayed in the day before. "
