"First off there is no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. It seems as though this was a renovation that is not totally complete. The bathtub was all scratched up and sink didn’t drain properly. The carpets in hallways were old and paint spattered on it. It certainly was not up to what I paid. Staff was nice and breakfast was fine. Would not stay there again!!"
"My wife was having a rough week and I wanted to provide her a nice get away for a few days. I figured a hotel walking distance from Mellow Mushroom and a close drive to several shopping centers. She could not say many nice things about the place. She stated that the room was not clean when she first checked in. She stated that the breakfast was a minimal option. She stated that the beds were uncomfortable.
This is why I should've stuck to my guns and stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Marriott would've never disappointed me like this."
"I had a wonderful quiet time. Everything was super fast and easy at check in. The staff was super friendly and pleasant very easy to talk to. The room was clean and smelled great. It was so quiet and thats exactly what I was looking for. The price was unmatched as well. Such a great price for a king room insurance included under $100. I will most defirely be back."
"I did not get to stay in the room I paid for. Front desk said the room was unavailable due to a broken bed. So instead of the suite I paid for with a full kitchen, I stayed in a room with two queen beds. I was offered no refund or rate change for the lack of room availability. Just “oh well”. When I got up to the room, there were holes in the walls, the phone didn’t work, the desk chair was ripped and tore up. I saw no staff, no one at the front desk all four days I was there."
"If you stay here, don’t let the them put you around back. With respect, lots of transient construction workers hanging outside all night with speakers pumping music. Weed smoke was pouring through my AC wall unit about 11pm. "
"I really liked how helpful the young man that checked us in and just everything else about my stay even though they were renovating and kind of noisy I didn’t mind because it was for one night I didn’t complain at but I think they should of offered to reduce my price do to that but when come to Georgia to visit my family this is where I book so on my weekend stay comfort inn will be getting my business whenever the price is right for my finances overall it’s a comfortable stay."
