"Shower was freezing cold. I called front desk, they said they’re looking to get it fixed Tuesday. My stay was for Friday night! They had me speak to their maintenance guy. Maintenance guy said let it run a bit (I ran it for 20 minutes, still not hot, not even warm). Then he said there could be other guests using shower same time (this was at 10:32pm) little concerning if other guests are affecting the water temperature. Just really bad service. But to make their guests wait 4 days to get water heater maintenanced, that’s pretty bad."

"When I entered the room, there was a strange smell. I opened the window to ventilate it, but when I came back, it was still there. Also, there was a puddle of water in the room that appeared to be leaking from the refrigerator."

"AVOID: Fleabag hotel. Dirty with reddish brown splatters on the walls. A previous guest’s plastic cup with whatever was in there dried up and left for me to find. Run down, stinks, and does not feel safe. Only here because all the other rooms in town were booked. If that happens to you, just sleep outside and save $300 a night. "

"i left my belt bag in the room but they said that it was not there i’m 100% sure that i left it in the side table of my bed. i didn’t even use that belt bag out . when i called them . they didn’t even called me back when they said that they will check, so i have to call them again. then they said that the person who clean my room was off for 2 days . now i can’t even go and check the room because they said that the room was occupied. how can i get my belt bag in the room.? "

"Just a note that if you book a one bedroom suite you will be facing the freeway. (Note - I wear hearing aids so if I heard the noise, it’s loud!). After one night of a 3 night stay, I asked to be moved to any room away from that side. They moved me to another room which was a studio (I agreed) so paid the suite rate for a studio for 2 nights but got much better sleep. Everything else about the hotel is great. "
