"The hotel was really clean. The room service was the best I have ever seen. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. In terms of giving directions and recommendations maintenance people were awesome in solving issues. I highly recommend this place."

"Very clean and well-maintained hotel. Breakfast was good, although made up of the usual suspects. Friendly staff. Our room faced El Camino Real, but traffic noise was never a problem. But across from elevator and the ding when reaching our floor was annoying. Otherwise very pleased and would return."

"Front desk was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and neat. My only complaint was the room was not cleaned up after our first night of a two night stay. We got in late the second night so didn’t want to wait for a cleaning. We did not complain when we checked out so the front desk wasn’t informed."

"The rooms that I was booked in has heater but is not working. Then the other room they assigned me has a toilet bowl that doesn't flush. The other room I was put in has refrigerator and microwave that do not work. The staff did not bother to fix all the issues."

"The elevator gets stuck everyday I use it. There is no blow dryer, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The room is not cleaned everyday. Staff are not helpful."
