"Location is great, not far from airport, nor from downtown and other major areas in Charlotte. Definitely recommend renting a vehicle, at least for us it was best. Lots of food options nearby, coffee shops etc. Hotel staff was very nice, room and hotel itself was very clean. We felt very comfortable and well attended. Overall nice experience! "

"Rooms are absolutely disgusting. Stained couch, chair and carpet. Smelled like pee. The carpet was sticky. We had two children with us and this was absolutely the nastiest experience we have ever had and we trace a lot."

"Hotel staff don’t pick up the phone which made it hard to contact them. It took a while for someone to check us in because the staff member didnt come out from the back. The rooms were the definition of musty, they need to replace the carpets, sheets, cushions, everything. There are places that weren’t cleaned well and I saw some old and decaying things (I don’t even know what). Workout equipment doesn’t work.
