"Upon arrival, neither the micro wave or refrigerator worked. They were in a wedge corner cabinet. Had to get on floor and pull both units out of cabinet to find they were unplugged , so that was concerning as to why . Obvious room hadn't been checked prior. I know it's free, but found the items on the breakfast tables bland in taste and a pretty limited selection compared to others I've had at other similar motels. ie only sausage, no bacon, no fresh pastries. "

"We were there for a State Convention. Rooms were very nice & staff was very friendly and accommodating. The meal service had some set-backs, ran out of food for buffet lunches and dinner was delayed due to a kitchen equipment issue, but the wait-staff kept very professional. We had a group of 300ish, so that may have been more than they prepared for. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"The breakfast had good variety. The room was nice but didn't have a lot of outlets. The gym seemed to have a wide range of equipment. Excellent location being at Bridge Street"

"Room was nice and big; bed was comfortable. Overall room and facility was clean. Kitchen was great and a big plus. There is some noise transfer from room to room as well as floor to floor, however it was generally quiet fairly quickly after quiet time. "

"Check in associate had top notch customer service. Property is pretty, rooms are large & very clean. Beds are super comfy. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit Huntsville. "

"They have been working on updating and while it may look a little rough on the outside our room was nice, the bed was comfy, we got a hot breakfast every morning and the staff was great. It is a motel, so it didn’t fee as safe as a hotel, but the safety lock worked and we had absolutely no issues. Breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, cereal, etc. and was good. It’s budget friendly and I would stay there again. "
