Staff was very friendly. Feels secluded, in nature. Only breakfast nor coffee was not available onsite, so we had to order it to be delivered everyday. I would definitely stay here again though and bring my own coffee 😊. Good location, next to the ridge walk and rice fields.

Ther is a terrible smell of pigs .The rooms very dark and poorly aerated We left I tried to contact Expedia to complain didnt not manage to get to your complanin service

This place was perfect! The only issue we had was the location at night, very out of the way and does not feel safe with poor street lights and a LOT of dogs. BUT do not be put off. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Ubud centre everyday at 10am and 3pm and you can get a taxi/bike back at night very easily. On top of this...the views are stunning, rooms are clean, bed is comfy, the staff are so friendly, the gardens are beautiful, pool is great & the free breakfast is so good - you get a large fruit juice, pot of tea/coffee per person (it does 4 cups!), fruit platter and then either fresh pancakes, poached eggs on toast with or without bacon or Indonesian brekkie (rice or noodles). Recommend them all!

Value for money

Overall, its a nice place to stay for a couple of days. The hotel is a bit tired, but rooms are spaceous with big balcony/terrace. Bathroom is very basic. Amazing view from the pool/breakfast area. The hotel is well located - 10 mins drivd from the centre of Ubud. Its 3 stars as stated.

Peaceful and serene away from the hustle of the city center. The spa services were amazing and the restaurant has good food. Everyone was amazing and friendly. I would definitely recommend Bunga Permai to my friends and family.

Hotel in the heart of Bali's nature

Hotel is surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers away from city noise with breathtaking view. Staff is mostly friendly, but some should make more effort to smile. It is a bit difficult to understand the staff. Top sheets were a bit dirty and after clean up they still didn't change the dirty one. Food is great both at breakfast and dinner, but fresh juices are terrible - either just coloured water or a lot of syrup, so don't bother ordering that. Still, the place is amazing, would definitely come back.

Lugn oas liten bit utanför centrum

Personalen va helt fantastiskt trevliga! Och hotellområdet va jättefint med mycket grönska och fina fontäner. Poolen va fräsch och låg fint till. Hotellet ligger en bit utanför centrum, men hotellet har gratis shuttle till staden två gånger om dagen. Dock får man betala taxi tillbaka till hotellet, men det va väldig billigt. Bananpannkakorna som man kan få till frukost är fantastiskt goda! Jag kommer verkligen åka tillbaka till det här hotellet igen.

Bekvämt och lugnt hotell utanför Ubud C

Vi stannade på Hotel Bunga Permai under det Balinesiska nyåret då man inte får gå utanför hotellområdet och för det ändamålet var det perfekt. Poolområdet är jättefint och fräscht och vi spenderade hela dagen där tillsammans med de få andra gästerna som stannade på hotellet. Dom hade restaurangen öppen till kl 19 så man kunde äta frukost, lunch och middag. Rätt billig och god mat. Underbar personal i restaurangen och hjälpsam i receptionen. Detta hotellet ligger ungefär 10-15 min taxi/moppe tur från Ubud centrum vilket var lite lite långt. Man kan inte gå direkt och med taxibil tar det lång tid för att det ofta är mycket trafik och kö överallt på Bali. Mycket vacker natur runt omkring vilket också medför mycket insekter. Mycket stora myror i badrummen. Men det är egentligen det enda man kan klaga på! Skulle verkligen rekommendera detta hotell om du inte är rädd för lite insekter och inte har bråttom in till stan.

Great nature hotel

Hotel next to the forest full of banana, coconut trees. Very charming. Also a river os close to the hotel. Swimming pool are 5 meters from the room. Great WiFi all over. But the nature for this place is the best. 10 minutes from Ubud centrum by car.
