"This is a fabulous hotel. Nice, fresh, culturally relevant decor. Many services available. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I got the impression that they would find a way to do pretty much anything we wanted to try. We especially enjoyed the spa and the pool. The food was exceptional. However the down side was firstly the hotel was very difficult to find and you should make guests aware before booking that the restaurant is not onsite but in a sister hotel quite a walk away involving a steep hill up and then down. The restaurant servers are awful , they don’t clean the tables unless you requested even they see the table full of dirty plates .
