"Small rooms but good central location. "

"We were disappointed with our stay. When we arrived after a long travel from Chicago, we were informed that there was a strike so services were radically reduced (no room cleaning, no secure luggage storage, reduced restaurant,bar service, no room service). Also the gym was closed for renovations. We understand the strike was out of their control but we asked from some compensation for the reduced services (restaurant credit, reduced rate, etc) and were offered 2 small pieces of chocolate. ...

"Het hotel ligt in het centrum van Oslo en is prima met het OV bereikbaar. Een half uurtje met de trein vanaf het vliegveld en je staat in het centraal station, op 100 m van het hotel. De staf is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voorafgaand aan ons vertrek richting Oslo werden we geïnformeerd dat er een staking was, waardoor het restaurant niet open was. Maar dat raakte niet de ontbijt mogelijkheden. Het ontbijt is kwalitatief uitstekend en kent een ruime diversiteit. Internationaal, Brits en Noors,...

"What a great place to stay. Wonderful rooftop view, handy supermarket next door, quite near to a tram stop & once I got the hang of the Quooker tap all was good."

"Nice place but a bit on the tiny side. It would have been nice to at least have a mini fridge in the room to keep some breakfast things handy. Had problems with my electronic key and iPhone, problem was fixed by giving me a physical key fob. Hope they get this sorted before it happens to other guests with iPhones!"

"Excellent value for the money. Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable, albeit in the smaller European style. The front desk offered wine and treats, which I took advantage of. The walls between rooms seem to be a little thin, but that will bother only the most sensitive guests (kinda like me). "

"Die Unterkunft hat eine Sehr gute Lage zum Hauptbahnhof und alles ist super zu Fuß oder mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Der Check-In und Check-Out läuft digital was seine Vor- und Nachteile hat. Das Hotel an sich ist für den Preis okay. Wenn man in die Ecken schaut sieht man schon eine stärkere Abnutzung und leichte Schimmelflecken, worüber man bei einem kürzeren Aufenthalt drüber hinweg schauen kann. Bei mir war es leider so, das ich beim digitalen Check-In vor Ort...

"This hotel is in a great location in Oslo. It is just a few minutes away from many attractions in the city center, such as the Munch Museum and Opera House. There is a tram station right next to the hotel that takes you many places around the city. There are plenty of good resturants, cafes, as well as grocery stores for different food options. My room was very clean and organized (the light switches are a bit complicated but once you figure out, it's all good). The hotel serves excellent...

"Clean and perfect location. Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a lot of options but staff were not as friendly as the front desk. Close to metro and bus stations only 10 min walking. Highly recommend staying there"

"Basic but clean, safe and in a beautiful location. Room had a small toilet+shower wetroom and three small beds with foam toppers, alongside a small dining table and a sofa. Small radiator did a decent job of keeping cold out, but room was only ever mildly warm. Reception very friendly and helpful; free baggage store. Nice range of cafes and bakeries nearby. "
