"Restful, relaxing stay. Great staff, easy check in process, no hiccups, cannot beat the value. Great breakfast especially the made to order omelet bar! Would highly recommend for any travelers and families coming to visit the Walla Walla area."
"From check-in to check- out this stay was awesome. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Our room (west wing) was comfortable and clean. The bathroom appears to be due for an upgrade (while clean the tile and fixtures are dated and appear unclean but it’s just age). We so appreciated the welcome glass of wine and $15 credit each for the restaurant/bar. We ate in the dining room and the food was delicious and service 5 star. The entire hotel decor is lovely - comfortable and beautiful . Parking was easy peasy and the location of the hotel in relation to downtown tasting rooms and shopping the best!"
"The microwave was dirty the headboards were all tore up the floors were actually dirty spilled some water and went to clean it up and the paper towels came back up off the floor Brown and it was only water the bathtub was nasty and would not hold water to be able to take a bath had to scrub the bathtub in order to take a bath the internet sucked which made the TV not work could not have TV all night or morning their pet friendly but it cost you $10 a dog but if they're pet friendly it should be free or at least it should be refundable"
"When we arrived to our room the heater did not work. Called the office, they came and checked to see what the problem was. Moved to another room. Breakfast was microwave hot sandwiches no fresh cooked hot breakfast food. (Sausage, eggs, potatoes, biscuits/gravy) Waffles were great for the kids. "
