"The staff was friendly & helpful. They are renovating & common areas are awful. The guest laundry was straight up disgusting both dirty & a bad odor. I found the bed comfortable & the accessory furniture appeared new. Towels also should be used as rags as most had stains. Would like to try again after renovations are complete to be fair."
"It was definitely a hotel we would stay at again. Breakfast was sausage gravy, biscuits, eggs and sausage patties. You could make waffles. Other options were available like fruit, granola, cereal and yogurt. Coffee was excellent . While we didn't use the pool, it looked nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the bed was very hard, to me. To people that like a firm mattress, it would be fine. To me, it was too firm for me to sleep well."
"Mom here: the staff were 10/10 friendly. The hotel is currently under construction (May 2026) carpet is pending replacement once construction is over. I have no complaints the bed was comfortable, the room got as cold as we wanted, the shower had wonderful water pressure. The breakfast was solid. No construction sounds outside of 9a-4p. Parking lot was safe and large. Accommodating staff. Last minute stay in Lincoln. Would stay here again especially with how kind people were.. once the hotel is finished with construction it will be 5/5."
"My family of 6 loved the Annabell Gardens. Getting to the place, I wasn’t entirely sure it was a very nice area. But once we pulled into the parking lot, we were in awe of how cute the little complex was with all the grass, trees, and walkways, plus the outdoor pool/hot tub. We were lucky that it was a warm day and got to use the pool. It was nicely heated and we all had fun! Hot tub is a little small, but we mostly had the place to ourself, so it fit us. The breakfast was nice. My kids thought the best part was the unlimited soft serve ice cream and slushie machines! Very nice touch that made us feel welcome. We stayed in the “luxury penthouse” with two bedrooms and it was so perfect for our family of 6. Felt comfy and clean. I slept great! Thankful we found this place for our last stay on our way home from a road trip out west. The price was also great for the huge place we got! Very happy, thank you. Check in and put was a breeze and staff was very friendly. "
"The room was clean and odor free. It is a suite, so it had full dinnerware, glasses, and utensils. This came in very handy, we shopped at the local HyVee for food and cooked it in the room. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C was working properly."
