"Excellent stay with outstanding service! I had a wonderful experience at the Diplomat Hotel, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Every interaction was smooth, welcoming, and professional. I want to give a special mention to staff on duty when checked in, who went above and beyond to be helpful during my stay. Her exceptional service, attentive care, and warm hospitality made a huge difference and truly made me feel valued as a guest. The entire team here clearly works hard to ensure guests...

"Clean and comfortable"

"Amazing for spend few days in Prague!"

"Most classy hotel I’ve stayed in in a very long time. The food was remarkable. The artwork was impressive on its own, and the staff was super helpful.. will definitely be back"

From arrival to departure the staff at the Hotel Pod Vezi were so warm, helpful and welcoming. They explained everything we needed to know and were really friendly. Our room was excellent, really quiet, spacious and very clean. We were in the second building across the square and were...
