"We like to stay here because it is at a good location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We stayed for four nights. Did not get to use the pool because it was always full of kids. Will probably come back but not this time of year. Did not care for the breakfast, it was the same thing every morning. The first morning the biscuits were real hard and almost burnt. We ate somewhere else two mornings. Staff is always nice and check-in was easy."

"The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!"

"We stayed in room 109. I love this place 2 of the lamps in our room did not work (knobs broken or missing) I also wiped the floor with a wash cloth and the wash cloth was very dirty I plan on staying there again next year but some upkeep needs to be done"
