"Great location, clean rooms. The best part of the stay was the front desk attendant, Mariah. She was so nice, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend and will stay again if I'm in the area."

"So here’s what happened there was nothing really wrong with the actual hotel but when I took a shower and got out to use the body lotion that the hotel supplies, I pumped it out and put it all over my body and realized that it wasn’t the lotion it was the hand soap so I thought it was my fault I checked the other container and that was hand soap also so it was not my fault apparently the maids filled both container containers with hand soap, so unfortunately, after I was halfway ready for...

"Everything was dirty, broken or worn out. No one cleaned the breakfast area in the 2 days we were there. TV channels made no sense, numbers on the guide never matched the actual station, HVAC unit never stopped or started on the set temperatures. Ice machine broken, holes in the wall, broken towel racks, etc. This place needs a lot of work before I visit it again."

"Just a beautiful romantic b and b in the finger lakes. We loved it!"

"Basic 3 star location. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was better than average both days of my visit. Vending area was sparce. I'll give the location a thumbs up."

"Comfortable for my one night stay"

"It is right on the lake, adjacent to a walkway along the lake. In one direction, it leads to the NYS Welcome Center that has a great map of the Finger Lakes in the floor. We did not get a chance to explore the walkway in the other direction. We had breakfast in the F2T (farm to table) restaurant on sight. The food was very good and good value."

"The breakfast was above average!"

"Check room. Nice staff"

"They were undergoing renovations, so pool and hot tub were not open. Breakfast was fine, and the staff were hard working, and very attentive. Centrally located in Geneva, making it very accessible for walking to restaurants and to the Smith Opera House. Recommend."

"Nice Area"

"Wow! What a gorgeous facility! I was in town for an event and only stayed for one night, but I’m so glad I chose the Inn. I didn’t take advantage of the amenities, but my room, in the Parkview, was large, clean, and so tastefully decorated. The large walk in shower and humongous jetted tub was fabulous! I was also greeted by friendliest young lady at the desk! This was my first stay, but I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended!"
