"The hotel was very clean and pretty new. If someone like that hate the carpets this is the hotel to go to as it does not have any. The rooms have flooring and not smell or dust. We stayed for 2 nights and it was very nice and quiet "

"The hotel was quite disappointing overall. The bathroom felt especially neglected—fixtures were outdated, the faucets were old and leaking, and the space didn’t seem well maintained. On top of that, the paint job throughout the room was poorly done, which added to the overall worn and unappealing feel of the stay."

"The Apartment was absolutely beautiful and so very clean...my son loved the themed room.. EVERYTHING WAS SO BEAUTIFUL INCLUDING THE POOL AREA...The only thing is...the slides aren't available and my son was really looking forward to using the water slides...it was no life guard on site for 3 days...other than that everything was good"

"Everything was so fast and easy, the only thing is I found a sock in the room. The cleanliness could’ve been a bit thorough but still everything was nice."

"The location was great. The room is very small, there were only 4 small towels for a family of 4 for a week. We actually purchased towels, and left them there. There also were no pool towels. The pool area was good. The location and cleanliness are the strengths."

"The kickback is an amazing perk! Definitely my favorite part of my stay. However, other issues arises. We were on the 8th floor and it was 78 in our room. Windows have condensation and room would not cool down. I called main line for assistance around 6:45pm, Lisa answered and was speaking to me as if my request for cooling the room down was dumb. I said “ we checked in early at 11am our room was at 75, it is now at 78 and we’ve tried turning the temp down to 65 (which we did prior to going to...
