"The good: great location,right across the street from Ripleys etc. The room was comfortable and the property overall was clean. They didn't try to force their way in to do housekeeping (I've been to hotels that do), and the beds/pillows were incredibly comfortable-some of the best I've seen in a hotel. The flip side of this is where things went sideways. When you spend $300+ a night you expect an upscale experience. Self parking was OK, except there aren't enough ADA spaces and people without...

"I have stayed in more hotel rooms than I can even count and I rate the fine folks at the Hyatt at the top of my list! From the check in to the check out, I could not have been treated better! I definitely recommend them and will stay there again if I am in the Orlando area again!"

However, we encountered a very rude front desk staff member both during our evening check-in and when we arrived back late to the hotel one night. "Location around events were awesome, the staff was great. Didn’t care for the ice machines to be broken. The rooms could have been better accommodating with the cleaning which was very very poor for the amount of money you’re spending . The bedding was dirty and obviously not changed from the previous guest. That is unacceptable and I’m very disappointed in that."
