"I was not too pleased with hospitality service. The gentleman in the morning shift (front desk) was very attentive and friendly. However the young lady at night was rude to myself and other guest that were coming in for check in. Also, I was disappointed in the service at the downstairs hotel restaurant. To my disappointment no one says good morning or greets the guest anymore and makes them feel welcomed. Why do you choose hospitality as a career if you are not people friendly or take pride in...

"I think guests should be informed about the incidental hold before arriving for check-in. It was frustrating to find out at the front desk that a $400 hold was required before I could receive my room key. This information should be communicated clearly during the booking process so guests can plan accordingly and come prepared with the appropriate payment card.

"The location was good, but I encountered several staff who were either rude or didn’t know the answer to my question. On top of that, the house cleaning staff THREE times came into my room while I was in there and without seeing if I was in the room. It felt very intrusive."

I was taking a hot shower while my son was asleep when the hotel’s smoking detection system reportedly registered an alert. Neither of us had smoked in the room. Despite explaining this to staff, we were told that their...
