"Loved the charm of this place. It’s an old house though so comes with all of the things an old house has. Creaky floors. Super thin walls. We had our room on the main floor and could hear every single word being said by anyone in the parlor or dining room. So to the gal who was complaining at 6am in the lobby about the heat in her room… thanks for ruining both of our mornings. Beautifully designed and decorated. "Very clean and friendly staff"

"This was my second stay with the hotel and once again I had an absolutely wonderful time. I loved my room which had a view of the mountainous background, the staff was so friendly and helpful, a gentleman was even able to get me into my room an hour earlier than my expected check in time. They even have a small nook in the main lobby for snacks, drinks and other necessities available for purchase anytime during your stay. Anytime I stay at Bedford, this will definitely remain my go to hotel...

"This is an older hotel and it is showing its age. Beds were not comfortable and the sheets were white and off white. Not matching and showing age. The pillows were small and lumpy. The bathroom sink was cracked in several places. The toilet and tub were older in a beige color. The shower was patched. This hotel def needs to redo their rooms."

"Everything was good but checking in was met with a varying degree of indifference from staff of a customer standing and waiting to be helped and actual rudeness and assumptions based on my sons check in the day before. Ultimately the woman checking me in was pleasant and accommodating for my particular needs. But looking up from your computer when someone walks in the door and saying hello I’ll be right with you goes a long way. "

"The moment I checked in at 3pm, I was greeted professionally by a female staff member. A heads up, parking is currently $7/day and $20 is taken from your card. Once you check out you get reimbursed the money unless you buy something from their store in the lobby. For example I stayed one day so I was reimbursed $17 back into my account once checked out.
