"We were visiting friends a half block away so this was a great location for us. Route 66 has wonderful shops, cafes, and restaurants within a short walk so there was hardly enough time to check it all out! The room was tasteful and fun. Being on the main street side was not that great noise-wise, but I wore ear plugs, and my wife didn't notice the noise. The keurig did not work but they changed it out within 15 minutes or so of our notification."

"I have traveled a lot lately and have been staying at Hilton Garden Inn’s but remembered a Sonesta ES Suites I stayed at in Chicago in 2024 and enjoyed so I decided to go with Sonesta bc it was closer to where my son moved to. I was a little disappointed when I saw the location and the overall property and there were visible signs of wear and tear. I shrugged it off the first night bc I was exhausted. I was unable to sleep well as the HVAC system would bang loudly before it come on, two bright blinking lights over the bed all night long, walls were thin and people were loud late at night, and there was a constant beeping off and on in the parking lot. Terrible experience and not relaxing at all. I ended up checking out early and booking a Hilton for my last night. "

"Check in was kinda rough. The male that checked me in threw my ID at me when giving my ID back to me. At first I didn't think anything of it but I thought, hey, I'm having a bad day too. So, I just shrugged my shoulders and said, " I guess were all having a day like this". And then he said he was sorry. I get to my room and immediately to the restroom as i just did a 4.5 hour drive. The toilet papeR was down to the last 8 sheets, but i always carry a rol with me just incase. Bed was very comfy and I didnt partake of the breakfast. "

"It didn't look like the pictures you have of it, its run down and they even charge 4.00 dollars a day for housekeeping it didn't say that in the add,no coffee in the morning or nothing there was no store around it and they sold soda frozen hot pockets ect. And it was expensive. "
