"I had a child in the next room that was nonstop for over 5 hours. I asked to move my room, and I felt that the woman who was working the night shift was completely unsympathetic to my situation. I was speaking to someone else, and she injected herself into our conversation. I would only want people to know that this is a hotel that caters to families, that is ok. I just don't need the manager stating that my needs are also not important."

You might want to educate your staff on the highlights of your city… we asked one of the front desk staff about ideas of where to eat… she had no idea… a little disconcerting hoping for ideas of where to go when not familiar with your city and your staff should have ideas. "The staff here were lovely! The whole space was clean & bright. My only complaints are the wifi & hot water didn't work. Also, my "city view" was of a wall. Overall, it was an adequate hotel"
