"No plug in the sink. Fridge seals need cleaning, better still replacing. Fire alarm needs to be secured to the ceiling. No hand towel. General clean wouldn't hurt. "

"The staff at this hotel need some basic customer service training. Young girl wearing glasses on reception continued working on her computer while we waited for a simple greeting and you could tell it was an effort for her to check us in. The lady with henna tattoos on departure was also rude and unfriendly. Hotel otherwise was nice. "

"Was very convenient to visit the Mulgrave private Hospital. It was quiet and I felt safe."

"Kitchen was clean , but no tea towel or cloth for wiping surfaces ? 2nd bathroom only had 1 small working can light , very dark and we had to take bedroom lamp in for safety . Shower grout was very mouldy . 1 extra pillow in wardrobe, no pillow case for it and no extra blanket anywhere . Plenty of restaurants nearby , good variety. Bit of a trek to nearest supermarket for milk ect ."

"We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with twin beds in 1 room and whilst the hotel was agreeable to splitting a bed, it took over 24 hours to happen. The patio had all services on it (hot water system and 2 aircon motors, 1 of which was not for this room), and the aircon drain was direct onto the patio floor, so you could not use the patio except to stand in the middle of it on a mat that was placed on it for water reasons. The apartment was advertised to have aircon, but it was in the loungeroom...

"Older but room with all amenities needed for an overnight stay. Having a microwave & fridge was very handy. Clean & tidy & pretty quiet. All up no issues. "

"Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

"Going to start off by saying that when you advertise a cottage in the middle of peak summer then you should ensure that at the very least the aircon is working. The place felt like a furnace the moment we stepped in and when we switched on the aircon it was not working. I promptly messaged about it hoping someone would come and fix it next day. We were staying for 2 nights only. The first night was unbearable. Kids woke up in the middle of the night as the upstairs rooms were very very hot. So...

"Staff went into my room when I was out the first night I was there some man was yelling and screaming for over 2 hours and the staff didn't do a thing about it and then he started again at 5.45am in the morning not a good stay"
