"The stuff wasn’t serious to me"

"The property is beautiful and well maintained, including a very nice lobby with lots of sitting areas and a large dining table we used to eat our Uber Eats dinner. We had lunch at the onsite restaurant that was yummy and reasonably priced. All the staff was great, but Angelee was the real gem. She checked us in, served us our lunch, made delicious coffees from their coffee bar, and answered our various questions. She does all the things, and they are lucky to have her. "No fridge or microwave"

"It was quite clean just 4 ppl in room but they only put 3 set of towel they didn’t replace the coffee and the pool opened too late ."

"Our family have been here twice and the place is phenomenal; however if they add bathroom air vent, it would be better; too much smell after the kids finished….we’re here for American Dream water park and mall…"

"The hotel loss power it was so hot and unbearable with out power the room was dirty when we arrived spoke with front desk who said it would be handled when we returned that evening the bathroom had not been clean and with the power out no one could come clean it so we were una le to shower"

"The room didn’t feel clean, the restaurant inside had one person running it and was very late taking our order for food and drinks. The staff at the door was very nice, outside of that it wasn’t a very good experience. I’ve been in cheaper hotels that were cleaner and better with service!"

"The check in process was seamless and everyone at the front desk always greeted us with a smile. The website says that the bar was open until midnight but the person working the evening I was there decided to shut it down before 11 pm (while a group of us were watching the FIFA game) and she left the hotel before midnight. Not sure what happened there, but that was the only thing we were disappointed about."

"This place was horrible! As soon as we walked into the room, it smelled like cigarettes, and there were cigarette butts under one of the beds. The bed sheets were dirty, the toilet had urine on it, the sink had stains on it, and the sheets had holes. The only good thing about this place was the free parking. Please do not waste your time going there."

"This is our second stay and it did not disappoint. The kids always have a good time in the pool and we were able to find fireworks in the surrounding area for them to see. Overall, a great stay!"
