Towels were conveniently provided, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with all the necessary appliances. However, not everything was up to par. "Liked the room and location, near the train station. Didn’t like that we hadn’t received the lock box code before we checked in so had to call for support. "

"Property was spotlessly clean, warm & comfortable. Kitchen appeared well equipped although we only used the kettle! Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay. Literally across the road from The Mailbox & a Tesco Express so very well situated. Short walk to O2 and The Alexandra Theatre."
